Ayoku Healing Retreat Center is a space where healing is more than just a program. It is the culture, the community, and the commitment. Since 2018, through the Forward Promise Fellowship for Leaders, we’ve created spaces for rest, restoration, and community for people doing the hard, often invisible work of holding others up. Our retreats, wellness trainings, and peer support gatherings have served leaders across youth development, education, mental health, justice reform, and cultural advocacy. Their stories didn’t just move us — they showed us exactly why this work matters.
