Our Construction Journey

This next stage focuses on deepening the retreat’s infrastructure and shared spaces. Efforts include the development of essential utilities, continued renovations of the Conference Center, and the introduction of new facilities such as the welcome center, chapel, and a multi-sport court. Enhancements to landscaping, lighting, and signage will further shape the flow and warmth of the property — creating an inviting and functional environment that supports gatherings of all kinds.

Phase 3 centers on the creation of our bungalow village clusters — spaces designed to offer privacy, comfort, and connection with nature. Additional developments include the property manager’s residence and continued landscape and lighting enhancements, ensuring that each path, courtyard, and dwelling harmonizes with the natural surroundings. This phase deepens the sense of home and community across the retreat grounds.

In this stage, Ayoku’s wellness facilities come fully to life. Plans include new, expanded spaces for bodywork, movement activities, and hydrotherapy. We aim to complete the retreat’s physical transformation, culminating in an experience that embodies balance — between nature and design, rest and renewal, stillness and growth.
